Big Cat Caye consists of 37 acres with over 15 acres filled and improved. The island boasts two small lagoons connected to the Caribbean Sea that will serve as a Marina for small vessels and a large Lagoon that is capable of serving as a marina for Yachts and Catamarans. The corral that exists on the East Side of the Island is exquisite with beautiful drops on the west side. Environmental approval, with the ability to develop a helicopter pad in the center of the Island has already been completed.
